Please note that tickets are issued on a first come, first served basis and are limited. If however, you reserve a place and cannot attend please ask a colleague to take your place.

Cancellation Policy

Ireland's eGovernment Awards & Training regrets that it cannot refund registration fees due to a cancellation. If you find that you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, a colleague is fully entitled to take up your place instead. If an alternative attendee is not available, we may have to impose a charge to cover your lunch.
