Cancellation Policy

Ireland’s eGovernment Awards & Training regrets that it cannot refund registration fees due to a cancellation. If you find that you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, a colleague is fully entitled to take up your place instead.

If an alternative attendee is not available, we offer credit to the attendee to use at a future event. This credit must be used within 12 calendar months and can be used by the same person or a colleague in the same organisation.
