9.30am	Opening Address
9.45am	Revenue Experience Sean Connolly, former IT Director of the Revenue Commissioners who will speak of his experiences of implementing the Revenue Commissioners’ highly successful online strategy. He will also look to the future giving his thoughts on what the next generation of eGovernment is likely to bring. Read Presentation (PDF Format)
10.30am – 11.15am	etenders.gov.ie Case Study Liz Nolan, Assistant Principal Officer, NPPU, speaks about her experience in building adoption levels for the etenders service with both business suppliers and the awarding authorities. Liz illustrates their integrated approach and shares results. Read Presentation (PPT Format)
11.15am- 11.45am	Coffee Break
11.45 - 12.30pm	eGovernment Leadership Colm Butler, Director Information Society Policy for the Department of the Taoiseach, will examine leadership in eGovernment from around the world and what Ireland can learn from them. With Seán, he will also discuss where the next round of eGovernment is likely to lead us.
12.30 – 12.45pm	Questions & Answers Session
