9.45am	PUBLICJOBS.IE CASE STUDY Patricia O’Grady Head of Business Development for the Public Appointments Service will be speaking about internal integration challenges. Sharing the benefit of their experience on publicjobs.ie, including the impact on staff and the importance of communication.
10.30 – 11.15am	INTEGRATION GAINS AND FUTURE POTENTIAL Seamus O’Farrell Senior Business Manager of the REACH Agency shares their experience of cross agency integration. He highlights through his case studies the gains and future potential that are becoming increasingly evident.

11.35 - 12.20pm	LAND REGISTRY OFFICE CASE STUDY Greg McDermott Software Services Manager, from the Land Registry Office, this year's Irish eGovernment Award winners, share their secrets to success and how they might do things differently, given a second chance. As well as exploring the impact on their external services and internal processes.
